Ok, so these illustrations are all based on the 17th Century Hellfire Club... Rich, debauched men who liked to get together for hedonism and debauchery. Think Boris Johnson, David Cameron and the Bullingdon Club, but with more blashphemy...
They were said to have set a building alight whilst still inside 'to see what it would be like to be in hell.' Mental.
